Dear Luna Online Community,

We wanted to post our item Restoration policy so that it remains clear.

This is a standard policy across all gPotato games with certain exceptions looked at on a case by case basis.

These policies can and will be updated from time to time to reflect game conditions if necessary.


Item Restoration Policy:

NPC - We will not restore items that are NPC'ed by mistake.

You receive confirmations before final sale.

Please be careful and do not click what you do not know!

Trading - No restoration of item for users who get cheated.

Know who you are trading with. If it seems too good to be true, it likely is.

Any trades are deemed voluntary and therefore we cannot help you.

You are responsible for your own actions. This includes cross server trading.

Guild Bank - No restoration of items for Guilds that have items removed.

Know who you give access to the Guild Bank.

We will not restore or trade back items that are taken from the guild bank.

Allowing access places responsibility on you or your Guild Leader to keep it safe.

You are responsible for your own actions.

Deleted Items - If you accidently delete an item it will not be restored.

You will receive confirmations before the item is removed.

Please be careful and do not click what you do not know!

Please, think about what you're doing before you do it.

Banned Accounts - If you let your friend borrow your items and their account gets banned,

we will not restore/return your items.

This is due to our ToS which can be read here.

Hacked Cases- Please refer to the following thread regarding account Security:

Click Here for Account liability.

Items loss due to a bug- Items that are lost due to ingame bugs or glitches will be restored.

This policy is subject to change with or without notice.
